Notes +/-+ Spent two productive days at the New York International Gift Fair.
+ Lots and lots of catalogs to go through and complete orders this week
+ Saw two of my best friends, Cay & Sam.
+ Fun night on Friday at O’Malley’s in Nyack. I like being in that bar because my dad did all the woodwork in the bar when it belonged to the previous owner. They had a great band that night playing irish & bluegrass songs. Love me some banjo.
+LOTS of delicious food. Homemade Indian food on Friday, Lots of Dim Sum from Chinatown, and a canele from Balthazar.
+Mom made even better Caneles the next day. Crisp exterior, tasted like creme brule on the inside. gah. Stole the last three for my 5 hour trip today
- Had a weird weekend emotionally, would have rather stayed in Nyack for a few more days.
-My entire body hurts so much. I’ve never walked so much. The gift show takes up every inch of Javits and two pier shows.
-rent is due this week. ugh.
